Mission

EVA-I designs the local layer of human/AI interactions. The company develops solutions that run entirely on the user's device, complementing artificial intelligence models hosted in the cloud, and ensures that user data remains their exclusive attribute.

Corporate purpose

As stated in its articles of incorporation, the company's corporate purpose is "the design, programming of software, websites and IT tools, as well as the management of related projects". The activity is classified under French APE code 62.01Z (computer programming).

History

EVA-I began operations on 18 April 2026, then was registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register on 20 April 2026 as a Simplified Joint-Stock Company with a sole shareholder (SASU). The first fiscal year closes on 30 June 2027.

Governance

The company is managed by a President, the sole legal signatory within the meaning of the law on Simplified Joint-Stock Companies with a sole shareholder. The President's identity is recorded in the Trade Register and accessible on the company's KBis extract, which appears in full in the legal notice and which can be provided on request.

Location
